$15.62 of the $35.00 additional fee is allocated to the Tennessee affiliates of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure to provide grants to Tennessee organizations that were grantees of Susan G. Komen for the Cure before April 30, 2007, and continue to be grantees of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
